Just a little warning though to eat and chew it properly and moderate comsumption so your stomach can properly digest it. These Baked Tahong (Mussels) are the best appetizers specially for drinkers.
Baked Tahong (Mussels ) Recipe
1 lb mussels, boiled and half
6-8 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup butter, softened
Mama’s Guide Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine butter and garlic.
Arrange mussels in tray covered with foil.
Spread with butter & garlic mix.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until top is slightly brown.
Serve it while hot. Enjoy!
