Mango Macaroni Salad is a sweet pasta salad dessert. Sweet, milky and creamy salad with only a few ingredients such as cheese, mango and kaong. This dessert can definitely complete any dessert cravings. No need to spend much. This is quick, easy and easy to do. You can save more if you already have plenty of mangoes in your pantry. The subtle fruity taste of mango gives the salad a balance taste. The mango cubes turns every bite into a bursting citrusy and sweet, creamy salad. I will surely make another one for special occasion! Make sure to add more sweet and ripe mango and slice it in small cubes. ?

Mango Macaroni Salad
400 grams uncooked elbows macaroni pasta
3-4 sweet riped mangoes, sliced into cubes or diced
1 cup white kaong/sugar palm, wash and remove syrup
1/2 cup+ 2 tbs mayonnaise, ( I used Kewpie)
1 pack (can) all purpose cream,
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk,
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheese, I used Eden
Boil and cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain well and let it cool. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add cooked elbow macaroni, shredded cheese and sugar palm.
Add mayonnaise, cream, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Adjust the sweetness of condensed milk according to your taste. Mix it well, until all flavors are incorporated.
Finaly, add mango cubes and mix.
Refrigerate for few hours to chill.
Serve cold. Enjoy!
