Ginisang Okra at Kalabasa with Tuna flakes
¼ Kalabasa, slice into cubes
1 bundle Okra (3-5 pcs)
1 can Tuna flakes, drain oil
1 medium white Onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp Ground paper
1 cup of water
1 tsp patis (fish sauce)
In a pan using medium to low heat, saute garlic until brownish, then add chopped onion. Cook until onions becomes translucent. Add tuna flakes, saute together with garlic and onion. Add kalabasa cubes and a cup of water. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Then you can add sliced okra. Season with patis and pepper to taste.
