HOMEMADE EGGNOG
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk (3/4 cups + 2 tbsp)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs; add in condensed milk, vanilla, milk and salt.
In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until doubled or soft peaks form.
Fold in to egg and milk mixture and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Let it chill inside the refrigerator. Top with whipped cream upon serving. Enjoy
