Kangkong with Tofu
(Inspired by Max’s Adobong Kangkong stuffed Tofu)

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 pack Oyster sauce or around 1/2 cup*
1/2 cup water
1 bowl of Kangkong leaves
3 pcs Tofu/Tokwa
cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Fry Tofu until golden brown then cut into small bite size pieces. Set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic then add Oyster sauce and water. Let it simmer then add the Kangkong leaves. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss cooked Kangkong leaves into your bowl of fried Tofu. Best served while hot.
