
Kangkong with Tofu
(Inspired by Max’s Adobong Kangkong stuffed Tofu)
INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 pack Oyster sauce or around 1/2 cup*
1/2 cup water
1 bowl of Kangkong leaves
3 pcs Tofu/Tokwa
cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Fry Tofu until golden brown then cut into small bite size pieces. Set aside.
- Sauté Garlic then add Oyster sauce and water. Let it simmer then add the Kangkong leaves. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss cooked Kangkong leaves into your bowl of fried Tofu. Best served while hot.
