Seafood Balls Recipe is quick and easy to make. An ideal recipe for kids snack or packed school meal. Also good for homebase business idea. Simple, healthy and delicious snack or soup ingredient. Happy cooking!
SEAFOOD BALLS RECIPE
150g fish fillet/meat (deboned)
80g prawns (without shell, head and tails removed)
100g squids, cleaned and remove ink
1 medium white onion
1 egg white (separate yolk)
1 teaspoon + a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup potato starch
Some spring onions (leaves only, trim ends)
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, transfer it in a food processor and blend until it turns into a smooth and thick paste.
Adjust seasoning as needed, sample cook a spoon of the paste in a small pot with water and taste. You may adjust seaaoning acording to your taste preferences .
Freeze the paste for 5 minutes to make it firm, then you can form it into desired shape and size. Scoop it using a teaspoon and form it into balls.
Cooking Notes: you may cook it in soup or by deep frying too.
