SINIGANG NA TINAPANG SALINAS
(TAMARIND SOUP WITH SMOKED FISH)

Sinigang na Tinapang Salinas is a must try soup. If you’re wondering how it taste, just imagine a sour soup with a smoky flavored fish. It’s sour and flavourful. Just make sure to buy a fresh tinapa so your sinigang will be so fresh and delicious.

So where can you buy Tinapang Salinas? It is a proudly made product of Rosario Cavite. You can buy it in major market or palengke near you specially in Cavite province.

Although the traditional Sinigang doesn’t really use garlic, this recipe of Sinigang na Tinapa is an exception to remove the  fishy taste (lansa). The fresh tinapa is sauteed first in garlic, onions and ginger. It’s your option if you want to try it without garlic though. You gotta try it, its budget friendly and yummy!
