Avocado Egg Sandwich Recipe
- 1 Ripe Avocado (mashed)
- 1 Boil Egg ( Mashed )
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper for taste
- 3 pieces of bread (Toasted )
- 1 clove of garlic
- Combine ingredients A) until well incorporated. Set it aside.
- After toasting the bread, slice the garlic clove into half and rub it on bread surface.
- Spread the avocado mixture on the bread and make it a sandwich. Light press and cut it in halves. Serve and enjoy!
