Ingredients:
1/2 kilo cream dory/white fish (boneless fish, available in SM frozen section)
1 itlog, binate at ilagay sa mangkok
1 pack breading, ilagay sa plato
3 butil ng bawang
1 maliit na sibuyas
1 maliit na bell pepper
500 grams tomato sauce
1/4 cup asukal
1 piece beef broth cubes
2 grams basil
1 tbs toyo
250 ml ng tubig
1 tasa ng grated cheese
2 grams ng paminta
1 pack all purpose cream (300ml)

Instructions:

Fish Fillet Stick:
1. Hiwain ng pahaba ang fish fillet. Budburan ng asin at paminta ang fillet ng isda sa tamang dami lamang.
2. Ilagay sa mangkok ang binating itlog at ilubog sa itlog ang hiniwang mga fish sticks ng isa isa. Pagulungin sa harina at itaktak ng konti ang sobrang harina na kumapit.

3. Sa isang maliit na kaldero or kawali, magpakulo ng sapat na mantika at i-prito ng nakalubog hanggang maging golden brown bawat fish stick. Huwag i-prito ng sabay sabay, isa or dalawa lamang per batch. Gamitan lamang ng mababang apoy kapag mainit na ang mantika.

Pag gawa ng Sauce:
1. Sa isang kawali, igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at bell pepper
2. Ibuhos ang tomato sauce; pakuluin ng 10 minuto
3. Lagyan ng asukal at toyo; haluin
4. Lagyan ng 1 tasa na tubig, basil, cheese at paminta; hayaan kumulo ng 15 minuto hanggang lumapot ang sauce
5. Ibuhos ang red sauce sa ibabaw ng pritong fish sticks
6. Lagyan ng all purpose cream at budbudan ng maraming cheese. At lagyan ng tinadtad na fresh basil. Enjoy!!!
