It’s a snack that you can buy locally in any sari-sari store, local market, and supermarkets at an affordable price. The assorted flavors of this Yaahoo biscuit is what makes it a bit different compared to grahams. Choose your favorite flavor. YAAHOO BALLS INGREDIENTS: 3 cups crushed Yaahoo Biscuits, any flavor (+ 2 tbsp for dusting) 1 cup condensed milk (+ a little bit more if needed) 1 pack Bear brand powdered milk (8 pesos Sakto Pack) chocolate candies or marshmallows for filling mini-marshmallows, sprinkles, or colored sugar for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: Use a blender or food processor to crush the biscuit. If blender is not available, you can crush it in its own packaging and use a rolling pin or bottle. Use a strainer if needed to even out the powder quality of crushed biscuit. In a bowl, add crushed Yaahoo biscuits. Pour in your condensed milk in little batches at a time. Mix it well until you get the exact texture you are looking for. (Not to wet but not to dry). It should look like a dough. Add a bit more crushed biscuits if it’s wet and a bit more condensed milk if its too dry. (Using plastic gloves) Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture into your palm and shape it into one inch balls. Add a piece of marshmallow or chocolate candy in the center and cover everything with mixture to form a ball. Roll the balls in bear brand powdered milk (crushed biscuits or cocoa powder, confectioners sugar or candy sprinkles). Chill it before serving.
