2-½ cups spaghetti sauce
1 large egg
½ cup evaporated milk
1 cup shredded cheese or quick melt cheese
salt, sugar and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 176°C
In a large pot, add enough water to boil and cook the spaghetti. Please follow the spaghetti pasta package instructions.
Drain well, but don’t rinse in running water to preserve the natural flavor of pasta.
In a baking dish, add 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce and cover the bottom. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg.
Add the remaining spaghetti sauce to the egg mixture and add in milk. Season with salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
Stir it well, transfer the drained spaghetti noodles in the sauce mixture. Toss it well to evenly coat the pasta with sauce.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top and distribute well.
Bake the spaghetti for about 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese on top is melted.
Let the spaghetti stand for 5 minutes to cool before serving.
Serve with garlic bread on the side. Enjoy!
