OREO CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
1 cup whipping cream liquid (can also use whipping cream powder, follow package instructions)
1 (330 g) cream cheese block, sliced in small cubes at room temp (soft)
12 pcs Oreo with fillings (for base) and some for mixture/toppings
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
Spring form pan
Crash the oreos by any method you prefer. Add the melted butter and mix it well with crushed oreos. Spread the crust evenly on a spring form pan. Set it aside.
Whip the cream until it becomes double in volume. Add sugar in batches and continue to beat. Set aside
In another bowl, beat the cubes of cream cheese and continue beating until creamy. Add some more crushed oreos and mix it some more.
Then add it to the bowl of whipped cream. And combine both mixture and continue beating until well combined.
Pour the mixture on the spring pan with oreo crust. Refrigerate or freeze until it hardens like an ice cream consistency.
Gently remove the spring part of the pan. Decorate the top as you like, be creative.
Serve and enjoy!
