
ASIAN SALISBURY STEAK
(Tagalog Recipe)
Sangkap:
12 ounces 90%-lean ground beef
3/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped sibuyas tagalog (scallions)
1/4 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce para sa pag marinate ng ground beef
1 tbsp hoisin sauce para sa pan sauce
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
3 teaspoons canola oil, divided
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup Shao Hsing rice wine, (see Ingredient note) or dry sherry (optional)
Paraan:
1) Pagsamahin ang ground beef, bell pepper, scallions, breadcrumbs, hoisin sauce at luya sa isang mangkok. Haluin mabuti. Ikorteng pabilog ito.
2) Sa isang kawali magpa init ng konting mantika, i-prito ang mga patties hanggang maluto ang magkabilang panig. Isantabi muna sa isang platter kapag luto na.
3) Samantala, sa kawaling pinag-prituhan sa MEDIUM-HIGH heat, ibuhos ang rice wine or sherry at 1 tbsp hoisin sauce at haluin hanggang lumapot. Itabi
4) Kung merong broccoli, isangkutsa ninyo ito sa mainit na kawali na may 2 tsp na mantika sa High Heat hanggang sa maluto ng bahagya 1-3 minutes. Ilagay ang broccoli sa apat na plato, at ilagay ang isang beef patty o steak. Mag-drizzle o lagyan ng sauce ang ibabaw ng steak. Maari ng ihain. Enjoy!
