Coconut Milkshake Recipe
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Coconut Milk, chilled
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 large ripe bananas, chilled
1 tablespoon Sugar
4-8 Ice cubes
*Note: You may use canned coconut milk, coconut cream, or fresh squeezed extract of coconut milk. Whatever is available to your area.
*Adding 1 more banana will thicken your milkshake.
*Alternatively you may use chilled all purpose cream if Vanilla Ice cream is not available and adjust sugar level to you taste preference.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the chilled bananas. Peel it and slice into small pieces.
Pour cold coconut milk in a blender pitcher.
Toss the slice bananas, vanilla ice cream, ice cubes and sugar.
Pulse and blend gradually until all ingredients are well combined ans ice cubeds are crushed. Check the smoothness of the milkshake.
Adjust consistency base to your preference. You may add a tablespoon of milk to reduce thickness or add more banana to thicken it.
Pour it into a chilled serving glasses and serve. Enjoy!
