This cheesy corn sandwich is made of cheesy white sauce, corn and capsicum sandwich. Simple, easy and budget-friendly back to school baon ideas.

CHEESY CORN SANDWICH
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 ½ cup fresh milk (any liquid milk will do)
½ bell pepper, minced
½ cup boiled corns
¼ tsp Black pepper powder
¼ cup cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Slices of Bread, toasted or grilled
In a wok, melt butter over low heat. Then add flour and stir it well until it forms a lump. Let it cook for a minute and continuously stir the mixture.
Gradually pour in milk (in 3 batches), continuously stir the mixture until it becomes smooth in texture.
Toss in corns, cheese and minced bell peppers and keep stirring until bell peppers are cooked and the sauce becomes thick.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix it well. Transfer into a small bowl and let it cool.
Prepare to spread the the cheesy corn on toasted bread and slice. Serve and enjoy!
