Mango Cream Dessert
1 can (158 ml) evaporated milk, well chilled
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
3 cups Mango purée (about 4-6 mangos)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
Place evaporated milk in a blender, and beat till double in size.
Add sweetened condensed milk and continue whipping, till it looks thick and very creamy.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a clean bowl with a good lid and chill in a freezer for at least an hour. Serve and enjoy!
