5 scoops Vanilla ice-cream (See Homemade recipe here)
3 Tbsp Chocolate sauce (melted chocolate chips in microwave + 1 tsp oil)
1 cup Low fat/fresh milk (chilled), magnolia brand or selecta
½ cup black pearl, precooked

Note: you may adjust more milk if you don’t prefer a thicker texture.

For the Chocolate Sauce:

Melt 3 tbsp chocolate chips in the microwave with a tsp of vegetable oil for about 10 secs or until melted. Stir it well until smooth and set aside.

If microwave is not available, you may use a double boiler to melt the chocolate. Place a glass/metal bowl on top of a saucepan with boiling water. The boiling water should not touch the bottom of the glass/metal bowl. Remove from heat as soon as the chocolate starts to melt. Do not overcook, or the melted chocolate will turn blackish in color.

For the milkshake: Combine ice-cream, milk, and 1 tbsp chocolate sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth. Chill for a few hours in an airtight container before serving.

Upon serving: prepare the serving bottle or glass, add black pearls, and using spoon spread melted chocolate on the sides. Pour milkshake into prepared bottles and cover glass container or bottles.

Serve and Enjoy!
