½ kilo beef ribs
¼ kilo pork
¼ kilo chicken
2 pcs chorizo, sliced
1 bundle pechay
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in wedges
3 onions, chopped
salt and black pepper corns, to taste
1. In a large pot of water, boil the beef and ham bones with pepper corns until it becomes tender for about 1 ½ hours. Then, you can add the pork and chicken and continue to boil and simmer for about 30 minutes or until all meat is tender.
2. Add in onions, potatoes and chorizo. Continue to simmer over low heat until all ingredients are cooked through.
3. Finally, add in the pechay and season with salt to taste. Cover the pot and turn off heat. Serve it hot and enjoy.
*Don’t forget the patis, calamansi at sili na sawsawan (sauce) on the side!
