Paksiw na Adobong Bangus
½ kilo Bangus or Milkfish
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 siling pang-sigang (long green pepper)
1 ginger root; peeled and sliced
1 eggplant, sliced
2-3 okra (lady finger)
3 tbsp Vinegar
5 tbsp Soy sauce
1 cup water
¼ fish bouillon cubes (optional)
1. Clean and wash the bangus or milkfish thoroughly.
2. Arrange in cooking pan. Pour vinegar and soy sauce with water for your desired taste.
3. Add the other ingredients. Add bouillon cubes if desired or salt as needed.
4. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until vegetables are tender and cooked.
5. Serve and enjoy!
