Tortang Giniling with Cheese

Tortang Giniling with Cheese


1 kilogram ground pork
¼ kilograms potatoes, minced cube
¼ kilo carrots, minced cube
¼ kilo green peas
4 pcs tomatoes, chopped
3 pcs white onions, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
4 pcs eggs, beaten
½ bar quickmelt cheese, sliced thinly
cooking oil
salt and pepper


1. In a pan, heat oil to saute onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.

2. Add tomatoes, ground pork and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

3. add in tomatoes, carrots and green peas.

4. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes more until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Once cooked, turn off heat. Drain from oil and excess liquid. Set aside.

6. In a medium size bowl, beat eggs. Add in the cooked ground pork and mix it well.

7. Fry in pan until golden brown.

8. Serve with sliced quick melt cheese on top and garnish with spring onions. Enjoy!
