This Pink Strawberry Lemonade recipe is made from scratch, totally delicious. I used the most simple ingredients available in my kitchen. So refreshingly good for the summer.
Pink Strawberry Lemonade
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
½ cup of Lemon juice
5 cups of Water
2 ½ cups of Ice
10-12 fresh strawberries or (Frozen)
1. To make caramelized sugar: Add one cup of water and one cup of sugar to a small saucepan and cook it over medium low heat until the sugar dissolves and becomes caramel. Set aside to cool.
2. In a large pitcher, add 5 cups of water along with the simple syrup mixture. Set aside.
3. In a blender, add the strawberries, and about 1/2 cup of the lemonade mixture, blend until smooth then strain it through a fine strainer right in the pitcher with the sugar mixture. Give everything a good stir, add the ice cubes and pop it in the fridge to chill well.
