These Mexican Tacos are filled with chorizo and fresh avocado slice. Super simple but absolutely delicious!
Alternatively, you can use breakfast sausage, mexican sausage or any favorite longganisa in town. Happy cooking and have a happy taco party!
Where to buy taco seasoning? Available in all SM supermarket (condiments section) or look for it in Shopee/Lazada online shopping. Ready made Flour Tortillas are also available in large supermarkets or make your homemade flour tortillas.

Chorizo Tacos with Avocado

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon oil (butter or bacon grease)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 kilograms Breakfast sausage, casing removed and crumbled (or mexican chorizo) 
1 onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
12 small flour tortillas, warmed
1 onion, chopped
3 tomatoes, diced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
3 fresh avocado, sliced flesh
squeezed of limes, garnish

INGREDIENTS:

1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium high heat, saute onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.

2. Add the crumbled sausage and let it cook well. Season with taco seasoning and continue to cook until well done. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 

3. Arrange the tortillas into a tray and scoop each meat into the prepared warmed tortilla.

4. Squeeze lime and garnish with diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro and top it with fresh avocado slice or guacamole recipe. Serve and enjoy!
