These cinnamon muffins taste like donuts! What’s not to love from these freshly baked muffins. Kids will surely crave for more. Happy baking! 

Cinnamon Muffin Donuts

INGREDIENTS:

1 ¾ cups all purpose flour 
1 ½  tsp baking powder 
½  tsp salt 
½  tsp nutmeg 
¼  tsp cinnamon 
⅓  cup vegetable or canola oil 
¾  cup white granulated sugar 
1 egg 
¾  cup milk

Toppings:
¼ cup granulated sugar 
¼ tsp cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine and sift dry ingredients. Set aside. 

2. In another bowl, combine liquids and mix well. 

3. Add liquids to dry and combine together well until just smooth but without over beating. 

4. Pour mixture into prepared muffin tins. Bake at 350°F/180°C for 20-25 min.

5. Prepare toppings while muffins are baking. 

6. Once muffins are done and a bit hot, dip into (½ cup) melted butter and roll into sugar & cinnamon mixture. So easy and yummy.. Happy baking and enjoy!
