Pumpkin Spice Latte

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups coffee or espresso
3⁄4 cup milk (almond milk or whole milk) 
3⁄4 cup coconut milk
1⁄3 cup pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (homemade or store-bought)
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
1⁄2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
