Garlic aand Egg Fried Rice, Filipino style heavy breakfast, partnered with hot coffee, fried egg, or hotdog. This is a Classic Filipino Breakfast.. my favorite!

Garlic and Egg Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:
3-4 cups cold rice, mashed
2 tbsp margarine or oil
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce (or oyster sauce)
1 fresh egg
salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:
1 In a pan, melt margarine and sauté garlic until brown
2 Then add mashed rice while stirring for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
3 Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying for 3-5 minutes or until rice is well-coated.
4 Make a well in the center, and crack the fresh egg. Mix it well and keep tossing the rice to spread out the eggs.
5 Toss and turn for 2-3 minutes to let it toast until well done.
6 Serve immediately with fresh tomatoes. Enjoy!
