Banana Smoothie Recipe


  • 2 fresh Bananas, peeled 
  • ⅓ cup Greek Yogurt (or any plain yogurt)
  • ¼ cup Water or Milk 
  • 1-2 Teaspoons sugar or Honey (Optional)
  • Ice cubes 


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy and smooth. 
  2. Taste & adjust with sugar or honey to your own taste. Serve & Enjoy!
