Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe

A simple delicious all around Aioli Sauce for garden salad, French Fries, crab cakes, fish tacos, chicken, seafood, fish fillet, Mojos, Chicken Cordon bleu..or even for your cheese burger. Its creamy yummy and its a perfect add on to any plain crispy fried food you have on the table. Enjoy!

Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 head garlic, peeled
  • Pinch of salt, adjust as needed
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil + 1 tablespoon for  drizzle
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary herbs, optional (or any fresh or dried herbs)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a small foil, drizzle garlic with olive oil and enclose it in a foil. Roast/toast it in the oven/microwave or grill for a minute or two until fragrant. The slight char/roast will bring extra flavor to the sauce.
  2. If you have a blender, bullet size cutter or food processor, just combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth like a sauce. Transfer into an air-tight container and refrigerate if making ahead.

Basil Aioli Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup basil leaves 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • ⅛ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup mayo
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the herbs and garlic in a food processor, pulse until nicely chopped 
  2. Add capers, olive oil, lemon juice and a generous pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Pulse a few times and scrape down sides; pulse a few more times. 
  4. Before adding mayo, set aside 1/4 cup of the herb oil. Add 1/4 cup mayo. Pulse a few times until just blended. Don’t overblend.

Vanilla Aioli Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a small bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate.

Dijon Aioli Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½  tbsp dijon
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic, (garlic powder will also work)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon fresh chopped or dried parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Combine all the Aioli ingredients besides the parsley. Serve Aioli in a small dipping bowl and top with fresh or dried parsley.

Bacon, Truffle, Pesto,Truffle Hot Sauce, Sriracha Horseradish, Harissa Hot Chilli Pepper Paste
