Crispy Chicken Fillet Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ kg of chicken fillet, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups All Purpose flour
- For Chicken Marinade:
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tsp chicken mix seasoning (or garlic powder)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparation: Wash chicken thoroughly, cut according to serving size, cut the chicken so that the spices can seep into the chicken meat.
