What is Gozleme?
A tasty Turkish stuffed turnover is called a gozleme. Although gözleme can also be created from yeast dough, the typical dough is made just with flour, salt, and water. It is similar to bazlama but is made differently since it is delicately coated with butter or oil.

1 tablespoon dry yeast
250ml lukewarm water (approximately)

Brush with butter on each side once cooked and browned.
Slice and serve with drizzled nutella sauce on top and garnish with fresh strawberry slices! So yummy!
How to Make a Nutella Spread into a Sauce:
Simply put a small bowl of nutella into a large bowl with boiled hot water. Let it cook and keep stirring the nutella as it melts under a hot water bath of your nutella bowl.
