How to Make Mallow Graham Balls

Your kids will surely love to help in making these sweet dessert. These Graham Balls is filled with a marshmallow in the center. Just make a graham dough like mixture and mold it into each marshmallows like small balls. Its fun to do and so yummy too. Enjoy!

HOW TO MAKE MALLOW GRAHAM BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • For Crust:
  • 2 cups crushed graham, divided (1¾ cups + ¼ cup)
  • 168 ml can sweetened condensed milk
  • For Filling:
  • Marshmallows
  • For Coating:
  • 1/2 cup  sprinkles of your choice or desiccated coconut 
  • Paper cups

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1-3/4 cups crushed graham the sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Using a spatula, mix together until well blended.
  3. *If it’s too sticky, add the remaining crushed graham and mix.
  4. Scoop out graham mixture and flatten to place a mini marshmallow in the center.
  5. Pinch to seal the marshmallows inside and roll between your palm to form a ball.
  6. Coat each graham ball in desiccated coconut or sprinkles, roll to coat evenly and place each balls in paper cups.
  7. Refrigerate graham balls for  10-15 minutes, until the balls are firm and harden. Enjoy!
