Scrambled Eggs with Spinach

Level up your usual plate of scrambled eggs with spinach or veggies! Scrambled eggs are so yummy especially if you cook it with  vegetables. Most of us miss the opportunity to eat vegetables in breakfast. That’s why these scrambled eggs are a perfect menu for breakfast. This is so yummy!

Scrambled Eggs with Spinach


  • 4-5 eggs
  • ½ cup thai spinach or any leafy vegetables (packed), chopped
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk it well.
  2. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and combine.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the spinach leaves for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it cook to your liking. Use the frying spatula and flip it over on the other side to cook. Enjoy!
  5. Cooking Tips: You may add cheese or  tomato and bell pepper to the egg mixture for some extra veggies! Sauté the veggies first in oil before adding the egg mixture.
