Let’s make summer easy and healthy. These banana frozen delights are so good and better than Magnum! These popsicles are very easy to make. All you need are popsicle sticks plus the ingredients and we’re all set.
Frozen Banana Popsicles
3 ripe bananas or more
100g or ¾ cups of baking chocolate chips or chocolate bar or any
1 tsp of oil
Sprinkles: chopped nuts or candy sprinkles to make it colorful
Prepare a tray with baking paper. Peel and cut the ends of your bananas and then slice them in half (not too long is preferred)
Put your popsicle sticks through the middle of the bananas and place them in the freezer for 1 hour.
If you’re using a chocolate bar, chopped it first into chunks. Transfer into a heatproof bowl and add oil.
Melt the chocolate with oil via double boiling pot (a bowl on top of a boiling water, but the bowl should not touch the water). Or just use a microwave.
Once melted, pour chocolate in a tall glass.
Dip the frozen banana in the melted chocolate to fully cover and lift to drip excess.
The frozen bananas will make the chocolate harden quickly, so roll it quickly on a plate of nuts or sprinkles.
You can either enjoy straight away or place them back in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Keep the leftover banana popsicles in a sealed container lined with baking paper and store in the freezer. Enjoy!
