Lettuce Wrapped Burger Recipe

These burgers are wrapped in Green leafy vegetables. They are fresh and crisp in every bite. So yummy!

Are lettuce wrapped burgers healthy?

Burger lettuce wraps are a healthier option because you’re not using buns but instead using lettuce to replace it. For as long as you’re choosing the best healthy ingredients, it’s fair enough to say it’s healthy. Make it healthier by choosing healthy toppings and lean meat patties. These lettuce wraps are so good when fresh crisp lettuce is used.

What lettuce is used to wrap burgers?

My choices are iceberg, green leaf, romaine, and butterhead. Savoy cabbage is also a good alternative with a nice sturdy cup shape. Burger lettuce wraps should have no strong flavors and ideally cup-shaped and sturdy.
