Quick and easy Chicken Fillet or Chicken Tenders recipe for 2..So yummy!

Chinese Fried Chicken Tenders
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g of chicken breast fillet
- 1 piece of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 tablespoons of Shaoxing rice wine (cooking wine)
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons of cornstarch (any tapioca starch/cassava starch)
- 1 teaspoons of Chinese five-spice powder (Ngohiong)
- Cooking oil
- Some of butter lettuce
- A half of lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Grate down ginger and garlic and mix them with soy sauce and Shaoxing rice wine.
- Cut the chicken breast into slices of 5- 7 mm thickness.
- Mix thoroughly the sliced chicken breast with your hand.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Mix starch and Chinese five-spice powder in a ziplock plastic bag. (Or use any container with cover)
- Put the marinated chicken into the ziplock bag and shake it up until evenly coated.
- Deep fry until brown.
- Serve with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice.
