Biscoff Iced Coffee Latte
For the Foamy Milk:
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 Lotus Biscoff cookies (crushed)
1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread
Espresso shot or concentrated coffee
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Any type of milk
For the Foamy Milk: Add the whipping cream and crumbled Lotus Biscoff biscuits to a glass mixing cup.
Beat vigorously until frothy and smooth. Set aside.
For the Latte: Fill the glass with a tablespoon of Lotus Biscoff spread.
Add vanilla extract and the espresso shot to the cookie butter. Mix until dissolved. Set aside.
Prepare the serving glass. Add some Ice cubes into the glass. Then carefully pour milk over the ice.
Add the Coffee mixture.
Finally, Add the Biscoff Foamy Milk you made in step 1.
Place a one piece Biscoff cookie on top. Sprinkle some crumbled Biscoff cookies. Garnish with fresh rosemary (optional)
